Be sure to ask what their policy is and what they are liable for when dropping off area rugs for cleaning. Unwrap and check your rugs before you leave. The binding on both of my rugs were damaged which I understand can happen and I assumed they would happily and without question stand by their services. I don't understand how rudely I was spoken to by Chris and then accused of dragging the rug and causing the damage myself.
