Worst Birthday party experience I have ever had. Hostess was rude and never around or available. It was a cluster. No one helping enter kids in, had to ask for everything. Got my own pitchers or drinks, got shorted arcade cards, also handed out those, shorted gift bags, 2 of the 3 lanes didn’t work for half the time.. and she tossed the tab at me when I asked the desk for it... I’ve attended birthday parties here before and they went smoothly which helped me decide to hold a birthday party here. Now I don’t know if they were short-staffed, but our party did not go well. It was a mess. The details were not laid out when I got there. The room was freezing when we arrived and took a while to warm up once we requested the heat be turned up. We had terrible service today. They were busy and did not have enough staff. My children waited for 20 minutes at least in arcade to turn in their tickets to get their prizes...we asked at the counter twice and they said they would send someone over. No one ever came. We gave up. The kids were super bummed and disappointed.
Inept staff behind the desk, no one could answer a question about the rates, no one cracked a smile, sour scowl on their faces. The prices were high, the only redeeming thing about the place, it was clean.
Seriously 15 dollars for 1 person to bowl lol that's insane. Never going back. Also pitchers of beer is 13 bucks.....
Great staff very polite and attentive.. Food not good though this should be looked at by management. Maybe need to use a different vendor.
