Approaches were sticky on the left side and the staff were not that supportive.
Awful customer service! When we asked for the best deal with coupons, we weren't told how we could each use one. Then the manager said she couldn't do anything about it after the transaction was rung in. I call BS. I was in retail & you can ALWAYS void & re-ring a transaction. Especially when a customer asks. She could've cared less! $10 is $10, lady. We will not be back. And to top it off they were out of popcorn. Horrible customer service! Called 4 times and everytime was told i have to speak to keri to book lanes without having to pay in full-4 times all same answer, finally got ahold and she was rude and said they dont reserve then unless it is a corporate event- beyond disappointed and will take business elsewhere-she could have had 25-30 young adults bowling and drinking all night but apparently they dont want to work
Enjoyed bowling there in the past but last spring we started having issues with sticking on the approaches. last night was our first trip this year and you could not slide an inch on the approaches even after they came down and swept the approaches. others were complaining and having the same problems. Hopefully they will fix this issue
Very unfriendly place. They definitely do not value their customers!
