RecommendedI booked my son's birthday party a month prior to the date we wanted in March. When we arrived, they stated they double booked 2 birthday parties for the same time. The party room was set up, they let us in, then came back and told us that the other party wanted the room. The older gentleman working the counter had no idea what was going on with anything, and when we asked him questions, he just told us that Riley handled parties, he had nothing to do with it. just nowNEW My family came in town from Texas and we brought them here. Big mistake. We got 2 lanes and then the kids Lane broke down for 30 minutes. They moved us to 2 different lanes and then the kids Lane broke down again. Now I think in all fairness they should've refunded us for the kids but the proceeded to tell us that this is how a business works and lanes temporarily break down... but the Lane was still not fixed.. If you aren’t a large group, they couldn’t care less.
Tried to go bowling here at 2pm Wednesday. When we arrived they told us they were closing the entire bowling alley for a private event. Really wish this were posted somewhere other than on their door. Very disappointing to have driven all the way there only to find it closed during normal business hours.
idk if it's still the same but the kitchen is gross and the freezers are about the same. I wouldn't recommend eating unless its maybe a pizza.
Brought 12 13 years olds for a party. Boys had fun but one of the lanes shut down and took a while to come back up. We bought food and asked for water pitchers. No idea they charged $2 for pitchers. Finally asked them to dump out all the ice and give me all water. $14 for water is not what I was expecting. Service is slow. Don’t plan on coming back.
