What we like the most about the community is the availability of staff for questions or help. Also the community members welcoming my dad. Yes, we would recommend Park Place Senior Living at Winghaven to other families.
My mom had trouble adjusting to the move the first month or so. Overall the staff has been friendly and helpful. Only a few issues with response time when she has called for assistance. This seems to be the issue with the night/weekend staff. Her apt is nice and clean and the size is more than adequate for her needs. There is a good variety of food choices though she has mostly been taking meals in her room and tends to order the same things. She did complain about the food at first but admittedly has lost her sense of taste... read more
We generally have nothing but completely positive things to say about Park Place. Other than my mother's own reticence about leaving her home, we've had a tremendous experience with the team.
The Facility is very nice and has a lot of amenities! The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I came just before dinner was going to be served so was able to see how they interact with their residents. The residents appeared content and happy. We are considering placing our loved one here who is relocating from out of state.

We chose Park Place at Winghaven because of the rooms, activities, dining arrangements, staff. There is administration/director turnover but I think that happens at many facilities. Very friendly and caring place.

Staff and residents are very friendly. Staff very helpful. The apartments are also a great size. I would recommend Park Place Living at Winghaven to others looking.

Felt good with my Uncle being there! Front desk staff were always great. Only downfall was short staffed often. Not the workers fault.

Yes I would recommend it. My mom had a hard time adjusting as the people were cliquey but she now has one good friend there, plays Bingo, cards and paints. She doesn't love the food but it's good enough.
