My loved one is currently a resident at Park Place Senior Living at Winghaven and everything has been great so far. There is great staff and management at this facility. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

My brother picked, this community because it was close to him, and it was independent living connected to memory care which my mom may need some time in the future. I would recommend to others, we're actually trying to get another person into it.
So far so good. Overall very helpful.
This was a good community. They didn't have accommodations for my loved one's dietary restrictions.

Our loved one was not there for very long, and we did have some issues when it came down to the level of care and what was promised - some of the things we needed were not followed through with. However there were plenty of activities that were offered which we really liked.

Park Place has been the perfect fit for my loved one. We initially were looking at them because it was close to home and the price seemed lower than other comparable places. When we got here for our tour, everyone was so nice and helpful and the staff really sold us at that point. The rooms are private and a little small but pretty equal to others we looked at. The staff we interacted with during our tour at Park Place were very friendly and accommodating to what we were looking for. This was our second choice, but the facility was just too vast. Since my loved one has early stages of dementia, we were looking for a smaller layout. We were scared that she would get lost here with there being so many different wings.
Our family is really satisfied so far with the meals and dining service. What really stood out to our family was the laid back atmosphere this community gives off. It is very quiet and we knew this was going to be the best fit.
My mother seems to enjoy it, and there are people her age. There is a swimming pool and exercise room for some activities. COVID has made it difficult with limited visitors. There was a leadership change due to a new company buying the location. My loved one enjoys the kai fish and balcony.
