RecommendedI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE DESPITE IT POSTING THAT I DO!!! Like an assembly line of automated routine… ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is dealt with on a “client centered” approach… Very, very disappointed in multiple experiences with this clinic over 15 years with multiple species. RecommendedI been bringing my dog here for over two years since she was a puppy. Aug 4th I brought her in for an ear infection, they gave me mometamax ointment , did not work , so made another appointment sept 9th , they did an deep ear cleaning and said not to do nothing for a month , watching her in pain every day and it’s a month later her ear is worse. The most expensive and money driven vet around. I made the mistake of taking my dog here once and once only on a day when my personal vet was closed. I was rushed in and out and that was that. I had no intention of returning. My sister brought her dog here for years and was very much treated like a name and number. Not a personable or compassionate experience at all. our bearded dragon was showing obvious signs of parasites so we booked her in for a fecal. she didn't poop at the appointment so we sent in a sample a day and a half later. it took the office a week to call us with her results, because "there is only one exotics vet and she is busy" and apparently the vet had to be the one to talk to us about the results. my wife called three times through the week as we were worried about our dragon. after a week we get a call from one of the techs letting us know she has pinworm and to sta... read more

Very Disappointed with Park Veterinary Center. Been taking my dog there since he was a puppy, called yesterday because my dog had a ear infection that was clearly bothering him. Was told they couldn’t see him till the following Tuesday. I asked the lady if she thought it was appropriate to leave my dog in this discomfort for a week and she simply said “ there is nothing we can do, they can’t see every animal in a day “. We may at times experience short staffing due to Covid 19, which unfortunately will have an impact on the numbers of patients we can see in a day.
I have never in my life seen a vet that was all about getting as much money out of you as possible. They almost killed my dog with there want and need to do bloodwork after already giving him meds to sedate him. Everytime I have gone there it’s another 1000 dollars. They prescribe and make u buy medicine then the next day tell u it’s harmful to your dog and won’t take it back and want u to buy another type of medicine. This is a money hungry place that will charge u through the nose and make you buy things you don’t need.

I don't NOT recommend OR recommend Park Veterinary Centre. I am on the fence with this one. The main negative factor is all appointments have to be booked so in cases of emergencies especially exotics, it is tricky to find exotic vets other than this one which isn't ideal. The front desk staff were very friendly, however they booked me for next friday accidentally instead of this friday which I understand mistakes happen.
