I wouldn’t take my Guinea Pigs to any other vet clinic. They are truly the best ��
My brother was charged almost 500$ dollars to walk in because his chameleon had calcium deficiencies. (Walk in,X-ray and euthanasia)Because he couldn't pay the cost they quoted him to pay for long term treatment he was made to feel like he had to surrender his chameleon to the vet tech to take care of. They upcharged and took advantage of him.

My brown basilisk needed some medical attention, I was able to get an appointment the next day. The hours are great, the staff is amazing, and their prices are reasonable.
If I could give no stars I would. I called today as my bearded dragon is having a medical emergency. They are the only vet in the edmonton and surrounding area who has an exotic veterinarian on as I called every emergency and regular vet. Park vet refused to take my bearded dragon saying they have other appointments. I asked for an emergency appointment and they refused. My bearded dragon is in critical condition. I'm now at an emergency clinic and they do not know how to treat her. There is a chance that I will loose my bab... read more
The administration/owners of this clinic are disorganized and absolutely awful to deal with. I have been trying since July 29, 2017 to establish whether or not they will partner with my registered animal rescue. Never in my 7 years of being involved in rescue have a dealt with a clinic and been so disappointed in the lack of knowledge and compassion. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and we will not be sending any of our foster animals there in the future.
