I have never been so disgusted in all my life, we were in our way out for a celebration of life when we found a bunny . Definitely someone’s pet . A little brown floppy earred rabbit super friendly in our front yard it allowed us to pick it up and cuddle it . We had discovered it was covered in a fluid of the sort smelled like gas or diesel. I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED in the service provided to my senior puppy. My 17-year-old dog (who is a Lhasa Apso, Toy Poodle cross) was brought to Park Veterinary today as she could not walk. This is not the first time I received this kind of service but it will be the last. I would NOT recommend Dr. David Oladipo as a vet. Dr. David Oladipo was AFRAID OF MY DOG and he wouldn’t even touch her to examine her. My dog was lethargic and couldn’t walk and he wouldn’t even look at her legs until after blood-work was taken! Its beyond disappointing when we call crying knowing we have to have 1 of our fuzzies put to sleep immediately cause she is literally dying and we get told we have to make an appointment and there are none available for 6hrs, not even an emerg appt 😡. Thank god for Guardian that told us to come in immediately, no appt necessary. Thank God For Guardian cause our girl passed away within an hour of talking to your reception. Great service and really friendly, knowledgeable staff
It makes me very sad to have to write this review. I have been taking Bella to Park vet since she was 8 weeks old, she will be turning 9 years old in December. On Thursday, July 21st, we noticed some blood coming from her nose. So we called first thing for an appointment on Friday during the day. We were told their next available appointment was Monday but could pay an extra $100 for an emergency appointment. I had a great experience. I live out of town and woke up to my dogs muzzle and eyes swollen due to a reaction to a wasp sting. They were the closest clinic to me and I walked in as soon as they opened up. They got me in on an emergency appointment and I was in quickly. The prices were good in my opinion (for an emergency appt) and the vet took his time. best experience ever. everyone genuinely cared for my fur baby as if she was their own. made sure i knew the home care and even called after a few days just to see if all was good. customer service top notch live out of town but well worth the trip. thank you everyone at Parks veterinary
