0 Star : My Experience Their lack of communication and perpetual delays made things very difficult. When I originally dropped of my car for repair, on friday 3/18/22, the estimator told me it would take 4-5 business days to complete the repair. I have had many cars repaired at other businesses and know sometimes with older vehicles it takes an extra day or two to get the parts needed for the repairs so I fully expected not to get the car back until Monday 3/28/22 at the earliest. 0 Star : My Experience I declined the work when the bumper was off, paint hadnt arrived I come by the shop the bumper and light were taken off, they weren't primed. I come back rhevnext day the bumper is primed and reattached, looks horrible. Intentionally destroyed my vehicle.

0 Star : My Experience After my car was delivered when I started driving at the speed of 40 there was a knocking sound and they didn't fix the flap which was beneath the bumper. I was so disappointed.

1 Star : Likely to Recommend If it was just body work or paint then yes. But if it is a detailed electric or complex components probably not 2 Star : Repair Quality Body work was perfect. Mechanic reversed the wiring on the wiper motors. When the front wipers are activated the rear wiper fluid sprays, and vice versa when rear wipers are activated the front wiper fluid sprays 4 Star : Customer Service
