0 Star : My Experience I requested additional work to my vehicle which I was prepared to pay extra for, but I was ignored and no one ever called me with the quote for repairs. Then I was had to pay several days extra for a rental and make make multiple trips to get simple updates on my vehicle. Because no one EVER INFORMED ME ABOUT MY VEHICLE REPAIRS OR WHY THERE WERE DELAYS!

Communication needs a little improvement, I don’t think I would have received the service level I did if I hadn’t been calling for updates. 0 Star : My Experience My vehicle was not fixed properly. I will have to return it to get the proper repair completed (what an inconvenience!!) I am actually stranded as I write this message, due to the incompetent work done to my vehicle. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of work.
