0 Star : My Experience This shop has been the worst. I hate to be a “karen” but I took my car here trusting that they would do a good job and instead they did terrible. They messed with the side of my vehicle that had no damage to make it look like the side that did get damaged because their paint quality was so poor they could not match both sides at all making my vehicle look imperfect. 0 Star : My Experience Im picking up my car tomorrow. My stabilitrak light was still on as if it was never fixed. I didn’t see anything on my docs that it was fixed as far as prices for the parts like the others. I was told someone would reset it so the light can go off, and again, that’s not fixing the problem.They tried to send me home with a naked grill, my chevy sign wasn't placed back on as should. I had to spend $100 to get the inside detailed to get the paint off my seats and the smell out. They didn’t place the “ram” letter back properly. 0 Star : My Experience They let me know my car was ready, and when I got there there were new chips on the hood of my car the trim piece was missing, the did fix that, when they brought it out the second time the head lamp wasn’t working they had to take it back and fix it. Finally they said they fixed it, i drove off down the street to the store got back in the car the head lamp wasn’t working again by then it was an hour and I was late for work, let the Manger know that and he completely ignored me and made me wait longer.... read more
