You need to pay close attention to your patients as to what they need I have been a. Patient for quite a few years and I don’t want to have to change I like all the delivery guys and they can do the jobs if they have the correct supplies with them so please send me what I need not what you think I need I am 82 years old and I have been trying hard to get better Thank you for your service

I’m giving a 4 because of the lack of service I received prior to getting the cpap. I don’t know why the order wasn’t processed promptly. It wasn’t processed until I complained to my provider. The paper work was complete. After I complained, I immediately got a call to set up an appointment to receive the cpap. The lady who I saw when getting the cpap was very nice.
