Call before you come. Don’t just show up. Follow up not good. missed appointment with no phone call. . Availability of equipment. Waited days for a hospital bed.

If someone bought an expensive chair, and the come acre days later on Saturday, we learned you cannot return. It or exchange. We gave $1800 for this chair it was covered so. O marks or damage was done to the chair. The lady there showed us a sign posted. Y the checkout window and asked if the sales person went over it and she did not. It took me about a month to get my wheelchair. I had called about a week and a half later to check the status and someone had told me that the wording on the face to face needed to be more specific. So they were going to fax request to my doctor to get a new face to face note.. Maybe a week or so had passed and I called Patient Aids to check status again and the representative said they had got nothing. So I called my Drs. Wheelchair was provided without discussing options. Wheelchair is extra heavy duty wheelchair. Rated for 500 lbs. Currently I weigh 270 lbs. Wheelchair weighs 57 lbs. Wife cannot lift wheelchair into/out of vehicle. Been in her vehicle since coming home from hospital. Never been used. Called several times but Patient Aids refused to exchange.
