My appointment to pickup my CPAP was great. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the lady who was helping me. It was the Blue Ash, OH office. She did an excellent job of explaining the equipment, etc. The one thing I don't remember being covered was the follow up phone call I received with information for my 'sleep coach'. I didn't know I was going to have a sleep coach. The call came in as a potential spam call and I ignored the first call. I took the second call and got the name and phone number of my 'coach'.
