My appointment to pickup my CPAP was great. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the lady who was helping me. It was the Blue Ash, OH office. She did an excellent job of explaining the equipment, etc. The one thing I don't remember being covered was the follow up phone call I received with information for my 'sleep coach'.
