I met with Patient Aids Registered Therapist Joye Hoskins who helped me find the appropriate Sleep Apnea Mask that I needed. Ms. Hoskins was very professional and she listened to my concerns and I am very pleased with the fit of my new mask. Miranda was fantastic. She spent a lot of time explaining how the new machine worked and answering all my questions. She’s a real asset to your organization. The only criticism I have is not of Miranda or Patient Aids. It’s the fact that I am on oxygen and the new machine does not have a hose with an oxygen port. The manufacturer knew people using oxygen need a port as my old machine has an hose with an oxygen port. If you could pass this comment on to the manufacture, I would appreciate it..
