In my fourth attempt, after leaving three messages, I was able to speak with the medical equipment scheduler, Zena. I stopped her as she quickly moved through the process - her communication of info was too fast, not allowing me, a new customer, the time to process & note what she said in terms of billing, the cost etc. So I stopped her a few times to ask questions to gain clarifications.
