Excellent customer service!
The “welcome” call was ten minutes of some guy assuming my insurance wouldn’t cover the device, and that I wouldn’t be able to afford the device, so he kept going over payment plans of how I could cover it if my insurance didn’t. After 10 minutes of bs, he then told me they had to collect the full amount for a deposit in case my insurance didn’t cover it since the device can’t be returned. I was under the impression that this was a belt that I would wear not pads I have one already with pads and it's hard to keep them stuck on I'm sure that this is a good device if you don't have one I would like to send this back to you. Thank you for the opportunity to try it Greg Herring

Took a while to get from Dr. order to me. Apparently Zynex never received the Dr orders. That got fixed and after everything went smoothly

My device was delivered in perfect condition & sooner than expected. I received emails & text messages informing me every step of the way regarding my delivery & support .
It just doesn't seem to be doing anything.
It holds my pain for couple of hours then boom there is the pain back but I trying today to take three treatments Thanks
