Patricia went above and beyond. I think that she made the deal so easy for the underwriter that they were delighted to approve my loan. Yes getting all the info she needed to prove my income was a bit difficult because I'm a union worker, but she still made it happen in less than 20 days. All because she wanted me to close on the purchase of my new home the same day that closed on the sale of my old home.
