Car broke down twice and they didn't have anything for me to use till mine was ready. Very hard to get ahold of anyone at the dealership. Wasn't informed about the recall on a part till after I left with vehicle and noticed another issue a mile down the road. Had to have it towed to Tulsa Patriot due to it breaking down again. I'm still waiting on an answer back after they had it towed to Mazda.
My tires started leaking afterwards
Will never do business with this company again. The only reason my jeep keeps going back is bc of the warranty I purchased.
They can't seems to fix my truck. I have been working them for the last year trying to resolve the issue and it is still not resolved.
long story i bought a 2018 gmc 1500 on oct 30 2025 it had some problems so they promise to fix it if i bought so i did cash 18000 so they sent me in a loaner so i leave the truck there to be fixed so i have never had the truck but for the 20 or 25 min i drove it so here it is nov 28 still dont have my truck i have never got a call about it so i started texting the saleman i got it from he wont reply so i sent a email to the owner a week ago and guess what nothing so no i would not send nobody there to buy dont have a clue wh... read more
took to long to change oil and rotate tires
Just stopped in for an oil change. They said my brake fluid needed replaced however I believe it was in April of last year I had new brakes, rotors and calipers replaced so if the brake fluid can't last more than 2 years that must been some cheap brake fluid.
Do not recommend! Had my truck in the shop on picked up Thursday and by Wednesday of the following week I was broke down, mind you it's less than a year old
No going back to their service
