They never fixed anything I have been driving this truck for almost a year while it has been stuck if 4x4 high. Patriot is worthless
Service was good but very expensive.
Took it in for an oil change that ended up costing me $110 and they said I had a seal leaking on the rear axle. Funny thing is I just had the brakes replaced on the back and the caliper replaced on the same side they claim this to be happening on just 3 weeks prior. But I get it but it's covered under my warranty. Will only cost me $100. Plus they said my cabin Air filter needs changed... Worst dealership I've ever been through. They approved us for a loan, we took it home, had it for a month and they repossessed it in the middle of the night. We had gotten letters from lenders stating they refused the financing offer. Then tried to tell us they couldn't give us the down payment back immediately, and acted like nothing was wrong with what they did. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are liars and crooks.
Set appt the day before, to see and drive 2 cars, arrived to find out that an employee drove one home and the other was loaned to someone. We wasted our time, gas and money driving and waiting to see if one would be available that day. Ended up driving to Tulsa next day to purchase a new Honda Accord Sport Hybrid with 6 miles on it.
To slow and they dont care how long your car sets without anyone working on it. They had my car for over 3 weeks before even touching it ..
Communication is absolutely horrible. We have had this vehicle at this dealership twice. Both times if we wanted to know any updates we had to call. They admitted after 7 weeks we were shoved on the back burner and basically forgotten about. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Worst service dept I have ever seen! This was the second time that I set a apt to get a recall fixed, the first time was last year and they said that they did not have the part but would call me, I never received a call. I set the appointment up a week in advance for a oil change, tire rotation and recall, I waited for 3 hours only to have them tell me that they could not fix recall because MOPAR said the part is out of date or something to that effect, I looked at my paper work later and did not see anything about tire rota... read more
They had my car for two weeks and when I got it back they hadnt touched anything under the hood. I noticed they detailed the outside of my car but I was poed to know that I had to send my car BACK to another dealership for two more weeks. And Supposedly this place was supposed to have their best mechanics.
