Didn't have the correct diagnostic equipment to service my vehicle. Had to go to a Chevy dealership.
Liked the comfortable waiting area.Did not like the deceitfulness.
I bought a jeep from them 4 days later the aux battery stops working and they wouldn't replace it they said it's a wear item and I had to replace it myself I just bought it the jeep you think they would fix the problem because I just bought it but no and every bump in the road makes all the service lights come on like it has a short in the wiring harness and they won't fix that either without charging me shop fees it has a warranty and won't honnor non of it

This is for my 2025 Ram 1500. I made an appointment and brought my truck in for a LOF with a coupon good for the service and was told I would have to pay for the two extra quarts of oil. I also asked if they would check my Bluetooth and was told the only way it would work is if I ran a wire from the phone to the vehicle. When I checked out my bill was $59.26 CC: corporate
Staff was rude and did not accept the fact men can wear dresses and made comments about wanting to get my undercarriage checked

Detail job- no deodorizer detected, dirty headliner, could've been cleaner in general, glove box was full of used N95 facemasks Service- vehicle was making a droning noise during test drive, was told that was to be repaired...it wasn't. Took for inspection to get tags & had mechanic listen to it, instantly said the wheel bearing were out and it should never have passed Patriots inspection. I initially called to make sure that the car would be there as it would be over a hour drive away they said it was there. I was on my way when the salesman called to let me know the car was not there. The listed car was taken off the lot and sent to the auction. I would have gladly taken the car in as is condition but they took it to the auction instead.
