I woke up to a chilly house this morning so called Patriot Heating and AC to check things out. *****, owner, arrived shortly and had the problems resolved quickly. This was my first time calling this business and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I will definitely contact them for future problems with these systems.
Gave me a very fair price on a new HVAC system. Installed the system when scheduled and finished early. Even though Patriot mechanics did a few extra little things, the bottom line didn't change and there were no add-ons. Highly recommend Patriot!

His estimate provided the best value for my needs. His installation crew arrived as scheduled, was efficient and proficient, completeing the installation in about three hours. He seemed very humble, yet knowledgeable and professional taking time to answer my questions along the way. This gave me confidence in the company so I took his recommendation to replace the unit. **** and **** are very professional and knowledgeable of the products that they install and service. I'm somewhat of a tech nerd and like to know details about things and **** was more than willing to share his knowledge with me. In about 4 1/2 hours they ripped out and replaced my A/C, furnace, hot water heater, and an old nasty water softener.I also appreciate that ****, being a veteran, takes care of his fellow vets. We had our thermostat go out right as some terrible cold weather was rolling in, and **** came out to our house to help us with an inspection and recommendations.
