Great service, very fair pricing. We love these guys! They had to install an entirely new HVAC system in our crawl space. Some businesses won't work in crawl spaces. They were fast and clean and shared so much information with us that we then decided to add a dehumidifier and air scrubber for air quality purposes. Two days before family arrived for Christmas we had them out as our hot water heater kept going out. They put a new one in that day! Better than any provider we used in the previous 30 years in our old house!
Working with Patriot was great! The techs coming out to the house were courteous and respectful, walking me through the steps to complete the work. They worked together to complete the job in under six hours and when they left, they did a complete clean up. Very impressed with the team from the start of the service appointment to the delivery of our new furnace and A/C unit.
Patriot did an outstanding job. The Owner Jake was very responsive to my request for bid, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was quick to get my new system installed. The 2 installers were very professional and did a great job. Explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this veteran owned business!
Patriot was the 3rd quote we got. The owner came out and was very informative and down to earth. He was also the only one to mention an airflow issue and they fixed it at install. All of the products were 100% made in the USA, that weighed heavily on our decision to go with this GREAT company! Thank you for your service to our country (and our home).
Jake the owner and Mike took a call from us on a Friday night with the news that our hot water heater was no longer operable. They were at our home first thing in the morning on Saturday installing a new one for us. They took the time to explain the system to us after the install and made sure everything was in good working condition before departing as well.
