Dealing with Jake and his crew over at Patriot was an exceptional experience! I got 3 bids from 3 major HVAC companies and Jake was the only one that followed up AND took the time to explain each unit, what the efficiency level meant and why it was applicable to my home. Jake, the owner, came out and gave us 3 different options for new ac and furnace. Once deciding to go with Patriot, they were able to install in a few days. Mike did great job installing and alerted us to mold in our old unit. He gave us different options for remediation. Patriot was very easy to work with.
Very good customer service
They replaced my water heater and sump pumps. They did such a great job! They were efficient and competitively priced. I will definitely hire them, for future projects!

Patriot just installed a full new AC system and Water Heater! It was great working with them! Very fair price! And he came two weeks prior to scheduled install and installed on his day because our water heater had gone out.
Our furnace decided to quit during the coldest night in forever! I called Jake and he was willing to come out during the night but we waited till morning. He was here first thing and realized the furnace was beyond repair. Jake took the time to explain our options and was very professional and knowledgeable.
