He spent extra effort finding an appraiser to go to Ocean Shores that did not charge extra for the distance. He had the intuition to lock in our rate at just the right time. Paul was very professional and patient with us, as this was a HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage) which we had never done before and Paul does not handle very often. So there was a learning curve to deal with, and quite a bit more paperwork than normally required with FHA! He worked very well with his team and we were able to close our home per the schedule provided in the prelim. closing statement.
