Paul was very easy to work with. He was super responsive and was always just a phone call or text away. His rates were aggressive and when another originator made a competing bid for my business, Paul made sure that I was satisfied with the financial details of the loan. Paul was a great pleasure to work with throughout the entire loan process. He responded to my questions so quickly it amazed me, even my late evening emails! Paul and the whole gang at Primary Residential Mortgage are awesome!! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Paul came to closing, when he didn't have to, and thank goodness he was there! Had a small snafu and Paul was able to fix it no time. The rest of the transaction was a breeze. Thanks to Paul, Amy and Kayla for all their hard work and assistance from prequalification to close they made the whole the home buying process as breeze. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need of mortgage lender.

When I was about to buy my home I immediately went to my normal bank for my mortgage. After my Realtor suggested I speak with a local company that specialize in only mortgages I spoke with Paul. I am SO happy we trusted our Realtors advice. Paul‚Äôs staff was friendly and accommodating and saw me through to the end. Paul even attended closing himself. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest and friendly experience!

Paul and his team did an outstanding job guiding me through the loan process of my first home purchase. We did not have much time to close (less than a month) because I wanted to close while on vacation so I was very impressed and happy that we were able to stick to the original closing date. Paul and Amy are very organized, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with Paul and his team!

Paul did great and has a great team. They are efficient and quick. Friendly, pay close attention to detail, they get the job done. When they needed anything from me, they called and emailed, followed up, etc.
