Have better appraiser, everyone else excellent. Appraiser was way off on value and we had many ways to prove true value and he wouldn't budge and didn't get any help from anyone once we showed the proof.

The whole process was extremely stressful. I'm not really sure that there's anything that could've necessarily been done by Dash Home Loans to improve my experience; I think that maybe the stress of it all is part of the experience but at certain points, especially the last month, just seemed more difficult than it needed to be.

I understand because of the pandemic.People are working from home.Also holiday closing happened during my loan processing. But I would have wanted more communication and information to process my loan than wss received. It really made me get to a point of just not even going through eith the loan. I don't know if it was the coach or underwriting but better and timely communication would have made the process way less stressful for me.

Disappointed with the loan officer we were assigned. Her numbers kept changing and she was non responsive to requests for info. She referred to my wife by wrong name, wrong no sex, made up dates of employment and companies. Have used Dash before and very happy. Would never use her again.

Better communication and understanding of what was going on. I felt stuck in limbo and didn’t get copies of all appraisals or reports. Felt like I was out of the loop.

Communication towards closing was a little slow and we were pushed back due to unforeseen steps in the process. We expect that would have been taken into account and it was not.

Everything was good until everything was switch over to a new officer and the paperwork need to be done again and we have to pay another months rent at our apartment
