Don’t wait to the last minute to request documents for client . You made it very stressful at the End . Had divorce,move to another state .sell of sports car . You just made it stressful . Communication was terrible at times.

Took literally 3 mos, and after an extended time with no response we discovered Our loan officer had left the company and we were just left in limbo until someone else picked us up. Then, finally, after we adjusted our work schedule to go to the closing…only to sit for an hour and then leave because Dash could not get the closing documents over. Basically incompetent! I should send an invoice for my wasted time, since I run and own 3 companies!

I felt that too many things were pushed to the last minute that could have been avoided. I was thankful that I was not working at the time as I was called upon to make several phone calls and deal with things that should not have been asked upon the client to handle. I understand my future employer was difficult and that was frustrating for everyone.
