We were trying to purchase a car and the first time we We were trying to purchase a car and the first time we took it out the battery died. They replaced it and when we took it out the second time we noticed a couple things. We asked if they could fit it and they said they couldn't put any more money into it. Sold unsafe vehicle, refuses to fix Recently purchased a $55k low mileage van (only 22k miles). The van was delivered in an unsafe condition with tires that had an insufficient load rating and chunks of the sidewall missing. I notified Mike Reynolds, the general manager and gave them the opportunity to correct their mistake. Instead of taking ownership and correcting it the dealership blamed it on the previous owner. Buyer beware! We negotiated a deal on a used truck by phone. We informed the salesperson that we had a check for full payment and would arrive 1.25 hrs later to test drive the truck and purchase. 15 minutes prior to our arrival “management” allowed another customer to test drive the vehicle. We were met by our salesperson who told us this and said it wasn’t company policy for this to occur but “management “ had allowed it.
