Bought a car with major issues and none disclosed I purchased a truck online from Paul Sherry and paid an extra $2,000 to have it shipped to me in Idaho (over 2k miles away). The moment it came off the transport trailer and I started it up it had the check engine light on. The under carriage of the vehicle is completed rusted out and in horrible shape. Nick Ruiz Nick Ruiz is a very rude and condescending salesman. I believe he was trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. The vehicle I inquired about is way overpriced according to KBB, and Nick couldn't even carry on a conversation about the significantly overpriced vehicle. I would be embarrassed to say I've purchased anything from Nick.

Extremely dissatisfied customer I spoke with another man that I signed all the contracts with. And I was not given the opportunity to make any Such deals. Kevin walked straight in after talking to me and had someone stat looking through loans company's before I had the chance to say any thing once I got back from driving. And when I did point out things that I found wrong once I got back he said i should have said something sooner the deal has already been made its done set in stone.

Very Dissatisfied Customer You told me the SUV I bought was never in an accident. You LIED. You told me the heart rings got the ac runs ice cold you LIED. You said the SUV had been through a full inspection and is in tip top shape. The wind sheiks had a crack you never fixed, the heart is not hot at all and the ac runs warm. Paul Sherry Dodge Ram Promaster Waldoch Conversion TV did not work, wrong keys were sent. The receptionist laughed at my concerns. I think I was treated differently regarding the problems because I am a woman. Still waiting for keys. Still waiting for a TV that works on this beautiful brand new van. Waldoch was supposed to overnight the new one, they did not. I am working with local service people to get items fixed on my own. Exhausting.
2014 ram 1500 recall and service, poor service called in a wk early for a app. took truck in on fri. morning 6:00 am got there at 3:20 pm to pick up truck still had to wait 2hrs 30min for my truck. grease and oil all over my truck hood, bumper,door,chrome i ask if anyone was going to wash my truck by the way mine is a white truck you think they would of seen how the grease and was told they don't do courtesy wash but he took it back and wipe off the grease. on my way home at 5:30 pm they did not reset my oil change info got ... read more
Buyer beware. Bought a used vehicle and less than Bought an 04 Durango three years ago. Less than a year later, it hydro locked and blew a hole in the side of the block. Paul Sherry, Chrysler and our insurance agent all denied any responsibility. We are left with a useless vehicle and still have a payment. Nice, huh? There is a $130 cowl that would have stopped this, but it wasn't put in. By a dealer that should have been aware of the condition.

You will pay for parts that are not needed Paul Sherry evaluated my car and wanted to repair a part to fix my 4-wheel drive. After googling possible issues, we found that all it needed was a fuse costing less than one dollar. Paul Sherry wanted over $700 to fix parts that were not broken. If runs great now.!
