Paul was great right at the start. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions. To make it more difficult I was in the process of accepting a new job, travel RN to staff RN. He made sure I had everything compliance wise in order, in a timely matter, with the underwriter. Where we bought is a competitive market and Paul understood that to make sure it was a smooth/fast close. Between the communication and the friendliness we received I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else during this daunting process.
