I am a first time homeowner with very little knowledge of how this process works. Paul Wilson did an amazing job helping me through this process. Paul not only helped me get the proper financing, he also gave me practical suggestions on how to improve my credit score. Some sales people are in for themselves, clearly Paul is in it to help others and it shows. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a financing on a home he is truly Amazing!!
Paul Wilson was great to work with when buying a new house. We started with a different lender but had some issues. Paul turned a bad situation into one that turned out better than we could have hoped! He was thorough, experienced, and genuine. So glad we had Paul on our side!

I’ve worked with Paul for years and this most recent transaction was the easiest by far. He has great products and completed most of the upfront leg work after a simple inquiry. A couple of e-signatures and 20 minutes to close and we will now save $400/month on our mortgage. The best part about Paul, he loves what he does. Call him while he’s fishing and he’ll get things rolling.
I found Paul by chance while looking for a home loan after a move, I was in a very difficult situation and Paul reached out and said he could help. Which he did, he helped every step of the way through the loan process, was very patient, kind, I would recommend him and his services to anyone. He went above and beyond, discussing the loan even after hours and on the weekends. I'm not sure I could of gotten the home loan if it wasn't for his help.
Even though at times i wanted to walk away (nerves) Paul always responded and took the time to walk me through all steps. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone who is wanting to buy a house
Paul was so wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was our go to person for every question and was always incredibly responsive. He was happy to help us all at hours, even on the weekends. He is genuine and kind and very good at finding the perfect mortgage for his clients. Mostly he's just super nice, easy to work with and great at closing even the most complicated mortgage.
