Paul was always ready to help, always communicated, and helped us close with fairly complicated issues to manage (I'm a nanny employed in a household by green card holders). He helped make buying a house enjoyable at its best and survivable at its worst.

Paul made our difficult closing a reality. We had a multi-borrower (2 separate locations...both different than Paul's), self employed, FSBO, short turnaround transaction that seemed doomed from the onset. But he kept all the pieces moving & brought it together. All the while providing us with timely, professional consultation to maintain our sanity.

Paul is a fantastic lender and extremely personable. He takes the time and care to get to know you, your financial situation, and your purchasing goals so that you are setup for success. He answered all my questions and guided me through the process from start to finish. As someone who is looking to buy multiple homes for personal and investment purposes, I can't think of anyone else I'd rather work with. He's helped me refinance, acquire a HELOC and purchase a house.
