Paul made our difficult closing a reality. We had a multi-borrower (2 separate locations...both different than Paul's), self employed, FSBO, short turnaround transaction that seemed doomed from the onset. But he kept all the pieces moving & brought it together. All the while providing us with timely, professional consultation to maintain our sanity.

He answered all my questions and guided me through the process from start to finish. As someone who is looking to buy multiple homes for personal and investment purposes, I can't think of anyone else I'd rather work with. He's helped me refinance, acquire a HELOC and purchase a house.
