This service has not failed me yet. I was using them as a temporary service when we first bought our home in 2019 and I just stuck with it and it's been great.

I actually prefer Payless Power (prepaid) utility services over using one of the many big ( credit allowance)companies! I guess that’s what they are considering themselves as. PayPower is direct and simple! That’s what I like! No lies! No surprises! Just straight utility charges and payments…. 🌹🌹🌹
