I am the owner of the world's only replica of the AOE Optimus Prime truck from Transformers (social media keyword search "Optimus Is Here"). We had an event last weekend in Atlanta which required a 13-hour drive through weather and bugs. Whenever we reach a destination, I'm faced with the daunting task of cleaning Optimus with minimal supplies. I like the flexibility in the service hours of operation and the fact that they do everything as quick as possible to get your truck back on the road. Lou Bachrodt Freightliner of Fort Pierce, Florida needs to come take a lesson from you guys (Peach State Freightner) and Premier Trucks of Chattanooga, (Freightliner) Ringgold, GA. You all knows what true customer service is.
I had work done on my motor home axle and an alignment. All work was excellent and done in a professional manner. I can highly recommend.
Took the truck in for rear-end seal problems and they were able to get it in quickly and fix it in a few hours while we waited. They have a nice, clean trucker's lounge with cable tv, vending machines and a microwave.
