They don’t answer the phone , and when you get their It’s a four hour wait time to get parts , y’all really suck. The Forrest part location

worst place to come and get parts i was in line for 3hrs and came out empty handed because they didn't have a dd15 fuel filter...really!!!!!!!! worst customer service never again

It doesn't matter what location you're at expect horrible service and attitudes from staff and to top it off if they answer the phone to place a will call they will say they have the parts but not actually have them. 2 days chasing basic parts hours on the phone and in line to accomplish nothing.

My experience started out good. Pulled in to Austell location.The place seemed ok. Brought my truck in for a clutch. Told the Advidsor it need a clutch because the release bearing was coming apart and making noise. My advisor, Chris, said they would have to look at it first before giving me an estimate. Two hours express estimate. Well that Xpress estimate end up being 24 hours long. Only to find out that it indeed needed a clutch just as I suspected. How does a diagnostic turn from $380 To $1126.00 and still They couldn’t find the problem
We have problems now we did not have when dropping it off. We waited 6 weeks from drop off to pick up on a Recall! We paid $600 to replace a starter! We could have gotten it done for $150 on our own but they had the truck and couldn’t sign off in the recall until starter was replaced...this is the price after we negotiated the part. Also the mirror was not broken when we dropped it off but was broken when we picked it up. Fuel sensor level is not working. Now. Worst customer experience ever!! this is the worst freightliner dealer I have ever taken my truck to..it has been there since 9-28-17 at 8am still in the shop and its now been 7days and they still do not know when it will be ready..this is all do to a 1box replacement I could have replaced the entire exhaust system by now...PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST I DO NOT RECOMEND IT!!!!they do not care about there clients they haven't phoned me once on updates and when I ask its like I am bothering them..I will never take my truck here again...

The worst experience ever!!totally a nightmare!!!troubleshooting a brake problem took them a week and then fixing it took them forever,after a two weeks of long waiting I finally gave up I went to dealer told them I don't want to fix my truck here anymore,and I want my truck back.i waited here for six hours,just for them to prepare the paperwork just because their computer is shut down .WTF!they billed me almost 700$ for diagnose.Thank you for ripping me off!
