The worst experience ever!!totally a nightmare!!!troubleshooting a brake problem took them a week and then fixing it took them forever,after a two weeks of long waiting I finally gave up I went to dealer told them I don't want to fix my truck here anymore,and I want my truck back.i waited here for six hours,just for them to prepare the paperwork just because their computer is shut down .WTF!they billed me almost 700$ for diagnose.Thank you for ripping me off!
Absolutely scammers including their service managers..they know they the only one in GA so they use it against the customer ...was treated really bad at their forest park location .
I took my truck in for repairs and they found five codes so they worked on my 2011 freightliner cascade for 11hours worth of $2400.00 my truck went in with check engine light on & stop light and malfunction light on and was on April 6, 2017 now my check engine light is back on and malfunction light on so now i call today and was told to bring it in on the second shift and I will be behind twenty others trucks.
Horrible f...in place been here for 4 days they charged me 3700 and the truck is still in the same shape than when I brought in,very unprofessional, do not care about customer.will never bring my business here again.
