Great price for the ambiance. Had coffee outside w a cool breeze then walked half a mile to main st for bfast at Sunrise! Ill be back!

I like the quaintness of the rooms. We were upgraded to suites. Have a full kitchen and sofa. Bed is comfortable. Very quiet.

A pleasant place a short walking distance from Main Street. The pool was nice. There is a continental breakfast until 10, and snacks available after that until closing. (In my instance, the tv wasn’t working due to a lightening strike, but I’m sure this is an oddity.) All in all, a clean, budget friendly place to stay in Fredericksburg.
