Location to main street is good, cleanliness is excellent. Staff if friendly. The one thing that stood out was the day we arrived the wind was out of the south and sitting on the back porch you got a smell of animal dung and feces that was coming from the Gillispie County auction location that was upwind the first day. Wind shifted from north the next day, so smell improved.

Will stay again. Nice quiet villa, could sit out of a morning and have your coffee, sit out in evening by fire pit, we enjoyed this little place.
