The front office personnel were polite and attentive. The room was fully equipped with full-size fridge and stove, bed was comfy. The atmosphere was quiet and quaint. Overall an excellent experience.

Our hotel room reservation was unexpectedly "upgraded" to a suite upon check-in, and the location of the suite was away from the regular rooms on a street behind the property. Those rooms look out on a nice green area and a creek beyond. Therefore, it was a very relaxing and quiet stay. The suite was very clean but had some signs of wear and tear on the kitchen cabinet doors. It was minor but needs attention. Breakfast? NOT! What they did have was awful (blamed COVID! for lack of a decent breakfast). They did put out the worse grade cereal from WalMart they could buy - no cheerios, no raisin bran, no fruit, no juice. Then they put a note on the office door for days saying they were short staffed so no room service available. I told the front desk that it was unacceptable - so they managed to clean the room.
