Our room smelled very loudly of cat urine.There where cats and cat feces around the property. Loose Cats in the bf area too. property property

Not what we expected. While quaint and close to downtown, the bed was uncomfortable and smelled like dogs. The floor was gritty. If you like bright lights shinning in the window all night long from the storage facility next door then this is the place for you. The dirty swimming pool was not a bonus. We did appreciate how near it is to downtown making our dining and entertainment choices easy.

This is a cute place with car ports. It’s walking distance to the small downtown area. The staff were friendly.

Okay Room was clean, sheets on bed had stains. Breakfast was store bought muffins, no hot breakfast. Coffee was colored water. We have a 10 lb dog, it was 20 extra a night. I know it cost 75 to a 100 a night at other places, This is why we stayed here.

Adorable cottage in the heartnof Fredericksburg. Wonderful place in the heart of Fredericksburg. We had a 2 bedroom cottage with full kitchen and back patio. Very dog friendly with lots of lawn and numerous dog potty stations.
