Overall a wonderful last minute stay. Just like staying at grandmas house. Clean and quiet.

Our hotel room reservation was unexpectedly "upgraded" to a suite upon check-in, and the location of the suite was away from the regular rooms on a street behind the property. Those rooms look out on a nice green area and a creek beyond. Therefore, it was a very relaxing and quiet stay. The suite was very clean but had some signs of wear and tear on the kitchen cabinet doors. It was minor but needs attention. Great location. Staff was extremely helpful. Close enough to walk to some shopping areas and restaurants. Dog friendly!!! It is quaint and blends into the area well. Not a place to go if you are into the business type hotels, but perfect for a bed and breakfast type situation for a couple.

Accommodation was wonderful, if it’s just 2 people I highly recommend the single house (H) especially if you have pets! All rooms are ground level so very pet friendly Quick walk to Main street

The property is located in a quiet, safe and convenient location. 5-10 minutes walk to the historical downtown. Room is spacious and clean. Covered parking stall is assigned to each room. Check-in and out was smooth and quick. It was under $100. We had a great one-night stay. Will stay at the same place for our next visit to Fredericksburg.
