Peak provided a very thorough inspection report, with photographs, as well as a personal follow-up phone call with recommendations and opinions, which truly helped us move forward confidently. Dylan was extremely thorough in his inspection but also during his explanation of its that needed attention. His report has many helpful photos and classifies items as needing immediate attention to items that could require action wishing 5 years. The report also included helpful maintenance info for the home. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Dylan, it was worth it to wait a couple of days to get on his schedule :) also his pricing is competitive!
