Excellent and very thorough inspection!
Kyle is extremely professional and meticulate. Even with a miscommunication on the part of the homeowner, he made sure to make it right, even when it wasn't his fault. His attention to detail and tenacity are unmatched! He even has a way of explaining every detail without talking down to you or getting irritated. I highly recommend Kyle and peak home inspections!

I was very pleased with Dylan and the wayhe conducted the inspection. He showed on time, he was very detailed with the inspection process. I've seen home inspections in the past but never like this. He took his time with every room of the house .
