Dylan is absolutely superb! I've worked with quite a few inspectors over the years, but I can't ever remember one who was as detailed and focused as Dylan. He arrived EARLY to the appointment and was already inspecting before I arrived (10 minutes early). His knowledge is outstanding, particularly as it applies to construction and systems. Dylan was extremely thorough in his inspection but also during his explanation of its that needed attention. His report has many helpful photos and classifies items as needing immediate attention to items that could require action wishing 5 years. The report also included helpful maintenance info for the home. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Dylan, it was worth it to wait a couple of days to get on his schedule :) also his pricing is competitive!
