I was very pleased with Dylan and the wayhe conducted the inspection. He showed on time, he was very detailed with the inspection process. I've seen home inspections in the past but never like this. He took his time with every room of the house . For a first time home buyer this process can be intimidating but he made the process very smooth, I will definetely will be recommending Peak Home Inspections to my family and friends..

Dylan is absolutely superb! I've worked with quite a few inspectors over the years, but I can't ever remember one who was as detailed and focused as Dylan. He arrived EARLY to the appointment and was already inspecting before I arrived (10 minutes early). His knowledge is outstanding, particularly as it applies to construction and systems. Kyle was great!! Very friendly and helpful. I was able to walk around with him during the inspection and he was patient and answered all my questions. Now we have peace of mind to move forward.
