Dr. Diaz and Jody were amazing. We came in for our initial appointment in the morning but when I noticed my little one not feeling well in the afternoon I made another appointment for the next day Jody was very quick to call me and ask what was going on and why I was coming in again the next day. He was super attentive and helpful with getting my little one to cooperate I really appreciate it.
Initial experience a year ago was not pleasant. As samples taken from my daughter were contaminated and the lab rejected them, I warned the staff and Dr. and was dismissed fast-forward a year later this has become Mama the office for my kids. I'm grateful for the location grateful and able to get quick appointments same day for sick kids , I hope I can schedule appointment based on availability online instead of having to wait for a callback and it will be nice if these doctors offices have separate rooms for children away f... read more
I took my daughter to First choice pediatrics, before the pandemic, and my experience with them was ok, however we decided no to go back after our initial appointment. I chose them to start with because they were covered by our insurance and it was very close to our home. I read first the reviews online, and they were mixed most of them positive, I tried to chose an specific doctor but we couldn't, so we went with what they assigned. Excellent service, clean facility. Staff is kind and accommodating. Allowed us to wait in the comfort of our car till it was our turn.

Clean office, friendly personal, wait is a bit long. Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours in there.

I really have to break this review into two parts. Dr. Nguyen gets a 5. The nurses get a 5. The convenient location gets a 5 The billing department gets a 1. The desk staff gets a 1. The exam room cleanliness gets a 1 Dr. Nguyen is caring, smart, efficient and all around amazing as a pediatrician. Best pediatric office to date! We recently relocated to Orlando and the stress of having to find another doctor became overwhelming. So thankful that we stumbled across this office. The wait wasn't too long and the entire staff were very courteous, patient, and thorough. They really listened to my concerns and gave really helpful advice. Quick and efficient.
Awesome experience, the staff is beyond superb. The attention to detail and the office environment is state of the art, well worth the visit.
