Amazing and caring staff. Always have appointments available if you call first thing in the morning, and very attentive doctors. Great location, pretty murals in office and patient rooms and enough parking around the building. Love this office!!!

You can't reach the office anymore, they bought First Choice Pediatrics and you can only speak to phone agents who don't relay messages consistently. Really sad.

I've used the Alafaya office, and I never have a good experience. You can't pick a doctor, so you see random doctors each time and, rarely get seen at your appointment time. Today, I was told that due to my kid's vaccination exemption I can no longer go there. I'm not upset about the notice to go somewhere else, it's a private business, they can make their own rules. I was more shocked that they gave my kids (13-year-olds), a questionnaire asking about oral sex, penetration, sexual activity etc. My kids looked at me lik... read more

Today the 3rd question on the sign in form Was do I consent to give my child rat poison. I asked myself is my child safe here? Once a parent asks themselves that in the pediatricians office the relationship has already ended.

By far the worst doctor's office i've ver dealt with in my life. I can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they put you on hold and hang up on you. Because they fully well know once you have to call back it's impossible to get someone. Was attempting to establish my nephew as a patient but now both my nephew and son will be going elsewhere because I cannot deal with businesses you cannot call on the phone if your child is sick.

First of, I would like to note that my kids have been going here for years. YEARS. but it seems like they do not value their long term patients. Im not sure if it had anything to do with changes in our insurances but we havent been treated like our time matters. Every time we call, we wait a minimum of 20-25 minutes. And when you are on a telemedicine appt, you wait too. And even longer when you're sitting in the waiting room in person. I understand people are busy. We changed over to this practice( Lake Nona location) less than a year ago because it's convenient, very close to our home. We are currently on our 3rd provider as the 2 prior physicians have since left the practice. You can never get anyone on the phone and the phone prompts give you very minimal choices, asking you over and over to use the patient portal. I finally decided to use the patient portal since I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Left several messages for lab work results in the portal.. Still over a week and no ... read more

This place has gotten bad. My daughter never had an issue when she had appointments and because the pcp that attended her was not on her card they try to bill me. On top of that the manager Anna refuse to give me my daughters forms for her medication to give to her school. Very unprofessional and petty. I did report her because she doesn't deserve the title she has. That is not how things are done. The customer service and accessibility by phone is the WORST I was on hold on their automated system 4 different occasions for over 30 minutes only to have the phone answered by a call station with a person who was clueless and sent me back to a automated message. My pharmacy had the same experience 3 days in a row. Office sent over prescription without any directions of dosage and did not reply to faxes sent for dosage instructions.
