Do not take you child to get their COVID test here. I've scheduled two and each time ive waited over an hour and a half. I'm almost certain they forgot about me/are not very organized when it comes to administration of tests. I would have been better if getting it done at the ER.
This place is terrible. It smells weird, and it doesn't look or feel clean. The people at the front desk are very unfriendly and not warming, and they nickel and dime over everything. We just moved here, definitely looking for another place to take my kids as soon as possible.
For the Alafaya office: Horrible patient services, and even worse billing practices. Go hear if you like to get shafted with balance billing. They make no compromise and even if you should not get billed upfront as in agreement with your health ins, getting money from the patient before even being seen is their policy. They can't even get the pharmacy to send the scripts to right. Super bad experience ! Don't go there they told me the they don't going to see my kids anymore because we missed 3 appointment en 3 year
We had a baby boy born earlier this year. We also had switch our insurance starting this year as well. Our current pediatrician for our other daughter was not in our current network so we searched for a new pediatrician for our newborn boy and toddler daughter. We came across first choice pediatrics . I swear the staff could have been a bit more caring! including the DR! My son had a 102 fever I get an appointment for 1:45m I must admit I was 7 minutes late! 7! I called on my way there and the phones were still forwarded, therefore I was not able to give them the heads up. I arrive there the office is packed "as always" and the representative tells me that they will need to reschedule me. I was like why? my son has a fever and he has been vomiting etc! I've been taking my little ones here since birth (about 5 years) not once have I had any problem with Dr. Wen nor Dr. Song - I actually love them both. My 1 star rating comes from the terrible office staff. The office is so terrible that I have changed my pediatrician. I called a little over a month ago to get a referral for my daughter.
