We came for 2 o'clock appointment. It is 3:06 pm already and the doctor hasn't seen my daughter yet! Awful service!

I don't have any positive things from that corporation. Doctors don't care about children, they try sell vaccines, American baby formula and another garbage. If you kid seek, forget about same day appointment, or next day appointment, or next week appointment. Low quality medical corporation without any responsibility with rude staff, who ask same things hundreds times

Aventura location and stuff is horrible. They make you wait for at least one hour outside of doctor office and then another hour inside of the office. BUT if you are late for few min they don't accept your kids and send you home with sick kids!!! Stuff is very rude and there is zero connection with patients!!! If you have other options I recommend avoid this place!

Always have to wait for my appointment for at least 40-50 mins. No matter how far in advance I schedule it. No matter if its well or sick visit. I was kicked out of the main waiting area to the hallway with a sick kid with fever where we had to sit on the floor. Horrable
Las time I was in this Aventura Office, it was awful. Waited for 2 hours!!! I left a complaint with the manager, but it doesn't seem like the my care much about patients time. Even the doctor who sees us said that the management overbooks her very often. We are here today again. We will see if there's any improvements. Regardless I'm looking for another place. I would not recommend this Aventura office.

Every time I have to wait 1.5-2 hours after appointment time to meet my doctor. Awful service. They are making appointments every 5 min, doctor need about an 15 min to each partient. I have to change my clinic

I was very disappointed by my experience at this hospital. I get it, social distancing, limiting one person at a time, etc. I respect it and I agree that you have to be considerate of other people, however in this setting, I didn't feel it was appropriate at all. My wife just gave birth to a newborn a few days ago. She had maybe 6 hours of sleep over the course of three days and we made an appointment to be here the very next day after leaving the hospital. Total Incompetence. Can't get through to anyone, even for answers to the most basic questions, without endlessly waiting on hold. Never receive a call back either.

A very bad experience again at this office dr Barbosa is the worst she will make you wait more than an hour row hours to be seen when you have an appointment and your child is sick !!!! This doctor had no consideration of time and is very slow between patients and not efficient!!!
